There is room in the circle for you.

We are a group of outreach activists in North Central Iowa planning events and looking for ways to raise awareness about the needs of the less fortunate in our area.

We may not live in a metro environment surrounded by tall buildings and supported by a complex infrastructure. We may not be the home to hundreds of homeless individuals and families, but we do have hurting people living right here in our community.

Inner Circle Promise is a group of caring people out to make a difference in the lives of other people.

Mavis' Story
One lady, we'll call her Mavis, had been unemployed for five months when a friend, deeply concerned for her, reached out for help on Mavis' behalf. The local churches weren't equipped to address her needs, so a few compassionate people got together and brought Mavis into their circle of friends. They gave her some money, gas for her car and lawn mower, bought her groceries, and helped her to sell items on ebay and Craig's List. Mostly, the outreach efforts gave Mavis a lifeline of hope.

Cindy's Story
"Cindy" was in an abusive relationship. Seeing no other way out, she fled with her children from the eastern United States to the American Midwest. She had no friends, no relatives, no prospects for a better life. She just wanted herself and her children to be safe and free. She took refuge in the only place she could afford. The trailer she rented was in bad repair. It even had large holes in the floors. With all the home's problems though, it was safer than where they were before. The folks of Inner Circle Promise became aware of the situation and got engaged to help. They brought her food, clothes for the kids, and even fixed the holes in the floors and made other repairs around the house. With a working toilet, food in the cupboard, clothes in their closets, and hope restored in their hearts, Cindy's family was very grateful to Inner Circle Promise.

Invitation
